About 1 in every 4 PHs is the Lava elemental. 18~ minute respawn. Runed Lava Pendant is rarer than uncommon. Lava potions seem to be a common drop. Spawn location is -127 , -969. They (the lava elemental and ph) will path into the lava pillar and swim under the world if not snared. If you lack a snare I recommend pulling them back through the tunnel, past the rock trap and into the door where you enter. It will aggro another gnome which will prevent the PH from running (this will not prevent lava elemental from running but it will give you more time to kill it before it tries to jump in the lava pillar)
