Does anybody have more info on Radiant's location? Is it the feerott like the screenshot shows, or exclusively Cazic Thule? in either case, what's his exact location in the zone?
The information about Radiant being in The Feerott comes from Live, where CT was revamped to a higher level zone and the quest mobs were moved outside. On P99, Radiant spawns in the maze inside CT.
It pops in Cazic Thule near the wizard spire. You can wait on it and it should roam to the spire.
Response: There is only one lizard mob that roams to the wizard pyramid. It may be a placeholder for the Radiant. I had to kill "a lizard defender" in order to get the radiant to spawn.
