Enchanted Platinum Bar x 2 Ingot of the Reverent (Drops off of Regis the Reverent in North Karana) Icon of the Reverent (Lianna's Flute drops off of Regis the Reverent. Take the flute back to Lianna in the Rathe Mountains in order to receive the Icon of the Reverent) Turning in the Flute to Lianna will only give you the Icon of the Reverent. DO NOT turn in the enchanted platinum bars, and both ingots to Lianna! She will give you the Icon and eat the rest of the items. Take the Icon and turn it in with the other items to Gavel the Temperant.

Rod of Insidious Glamour Quest Go to Upper Guk and get a Golden Rod from a froglok priest, who can be found in the same room as the froglok summoner. Get A Shining Stone (NOT no-rent) from a shadowed man (in any of the zones they can be found) and take it to Cynthia in Rathe Mountains. Hand it to her along with 50gp. Note: The turn-in to Cynthia made MQ-able on 18 Jan, 2014 patch. [1] Cynthia says, 'I've done what I can to enchant your stone, but you will need to find Tarn Visilin in Highpass Keep to finish the enchantments. Don't forget to pay him the same fee you gave me, or he may decide to keep the stone for himself!' She gives you "A Glamour Stone" Head to Highpass Keep and do the same with Tarn Visilin - - Along with 50gp - this is key!!! Tarn Visilin says, ' Your Glamour Stone has been fully enchanted. Take it and the Golden Rod back to the temple of Ro.' He gives you "Glowing Glamour Stone." <DO NOT TURN IN WITHOUT AMIABLE FACTION YOU WILL LOSE BOTH ITEMS> Return the golden rod and glowing glamour stone to Sultin in the Temple of Ro.

Incandescent Mask NOTE: You need good faction for this. Amiable will work but he will eat your items if he's indifferent or below! Cast a faction increasing spell before turning in! Sultin needs four items: Glowing Mask (found on the skeletal monk or the Froglok Scryer in the caverns of Guk) all three Rune of Fortune: One Rune can be found on the Dark Elf Enynti in the Chasm below Mistmoore. The other two can each be purchased for 50 golden coins each - one from Mizr N`Mar in the Neriak City Library and the other from Madame Serena in South Qeynos behind the Mermaid's Lure near the dock. Note: Purchasing the rune from Mizr N`Mar increases your faction with beta neutral, so this is an easy, but costly, way to raise this faction.
