NPC for the quest "The Sword of Nobility".
You give her A Pendant which is received from Kanthuk Ogrebane in Butcherblock Mountains. This kicks off the conversation to advance the quest. In return she'll give you a Note to Ruathey which you need to deliver to an NPC in Lavastorm.
Her location is just outside of Unrest up on the ledge to the right (when looking out at the water)
