Talk to either Shakrn Meadowgreen or Ulan Meadowgreen in Southern Karana.

For each armor piece you'll need to collect the following items.

• Bunch of Optic Nerves (Gorge of King Xorbb - an evil eye (level 17-18 mob))

• Aviak Charm (Southern Karana - Aviak Avocet (lvl 28-30 mob))
