This is not a simple root-rot-loot scenario with this mob. He regens greater than 65 per tick (Drifting Death). At 89 per tick, his HP was at 89% after a full minute with two dots. He breaks root early and his fire resist is quite high. He roots often. LoS did not affect his regen rate.
If you're attempting to hand in the Message to Herald, at 44 his aggro range while Harmonied was larger than trade range.

- doesn't even play
- Will Lay on Hands himself and pretend the entire fight up to that point didn't even happen
