Ok i turned in more than 100 light stones but less than 200.. probably around 150ish or so..
I went from scowling ready to attack on my dwarf (brell serilis only ever killed on neriak guard) to amiably... so it is significant faction hits.. I was expecting to need thousands to even move from scowling.
