Description
Found in the sewers of Cazic Thule (if you headed down the entrance nearest the zone line). If you go through the gator tunnels, behind all of the gators there will either be a lone lizard PH or the Steel Golem under water at the very back of the second pond against the wall.
His placeholder varied, but was usually a Lizard judicator or A lizard champion.
This fellow was about the equivalent of a sand giant in difficulty.
