Description
PHs are a deepwater barracuda, spawn chance at the DWB spawn points is likely quite low, maybe 1%.
Upon his death has a chance to spawn the corrupted barracuda.
Kill a deepwater barracuda that paths near the northwest side of the temple of Veksar. Once dead, head to -1135, 800 for a 60 second deepwater barracuda spawn. Kill, rinse, repeat, regret life. (confirmed 06/30/19 to be 60 second respawn at this /loc). This spawn can also be a stuffed barracuda.
