06/08/2021: Fay is definitely not Group God Mode. Fay can easily be done with 5-6 suboptimal classes. Maybe Duo God mode?

06/08/2021: KD can be done with three people fairly easily without slow, so I think he could be done with a duo with slow. Therefore, KD might belong in the Duo Grandmaster rather than Duo God.
