- Put all points in STA to start.
- Race doesn't really matter unless you want to wear Robe of the Azure Sky someday.
- Choose a proc weapon for your off-hand.
- This build has neither See Invis nor Ultravision. Some options include the following.
- Qeynos Badge of Honor (Worn See Invis)
- Bracer of the Hidden (Casted See Invis)
- Eyepatch of the Shadows (Worn Ultravision)
