- This likely referring to the change on spell affect hate. All spell Affects now produce hate based of the TaKP calculation. Mob HP/15 at max cap for casters of 1200 hate. For example a large rat only has 16 hp, so flame lick only produces 16/15=1.067 hate. Less than hate than burst of flame from a level 1 druid. However on a NPC that has more than 18,000 hp, like a cliff golem in overthere that has 30,000 hp. 30,000/15=2000, capped at 1200.
