I'm not sure that this is the correct way to spawn Qwinn.
I have now during the entire time of 3 work days in a row, killed the assumed PHs (Narra Tanith or an escaped Splitpaw gnoll) from the specified spot every 20 minutes, and I have yet to see Qwinn spawn.
Of cause he could just be super duper rare, but I remember seeing him quite often in the past - when I didn't need him of cause.
UPDATE: he now popped so the PHs are correct. It just took me 4 days...
