The Helmet of Rallos Zek should have a custom form and it doesn't, and I refuse to not fashion quest on a character that isn't an ogre. This set up -should- be able to tank anything in the game. This warrior should cost no more than 15k GG DKP at the most - accounting for inflation. A full bis warrior would likely be well over 60k and practically impossible to achieve because of 1. supply and 2. inflation. That, and I'd be unhappy with the way my character looks and not that much sturdier for it. I'll probably continue looking to refine this, but yeah for now.
