Duo'd with a 50 bard yesterday - the ~1.5k hp was way off, according to my log, took around 4k to drop him. Changed hp to reflect this. I updated the drop rate of the Xalgozian Fang. It doesn't always drop. I went down there with a group of 7 or 8 people and we killed him a few times and one kill he didn't have any Xalgozian Fangs.
It is a pretty common drop though from our small sample size.
I'll see if i can't add a way for people to put drop rate results into the article as they farm him.
