Currently working on doing all of these quests on p1999. Only finished the gauntlets so far. I will update this as I complete each armor set. - Gweed, Troll Shaman

General Quest Info
The Ogre Shamans in Lake Rath at loc 3000,-1900 will crush/grind/powder dufrenite for you.
Krynn and Kyralynn at the Barbarian Village in Lake Rath will make the armor for you, loc 500,2500
They only accept Medium banded armor for these quests, not small or large. Medium banded does not actually say "Medium" on it. It is just called banded armor. So don't run all the way there with your large banded gauntlets and get stonewalled by Krynn, or run all the way there with the ringmail guantlets you got while farming the Centaur Charger for his chips, thinking you have your banded gauntlets with you.
You can buy Dufrenite from a merchant in your hometown, or from someone who got a drop. Dufrenite rarely drops in Unrest and SolB. So far I have paid an average of 60pp per Dufrenite off using /auction. I haven't had to buy one from the merchant in Grobb, but it sells for 154pp there.
Totemic Breastplate
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM Slot: CHEST AC: 19 SV DISEASE: +5 SV MAGIC: +5 SV POISON: +5
crushed dufrenite banded mail, grizzleknot bark(Grizzleknot, SK), lancer fish fin(lancer fish, Kedge Keep)
Grizzleknot is a rare spawn in South Karana. He paths from the Treants in the NE corner, down past the Hermit's House in the SE corner of the zone. I got the bark while I was exping at the Centaur Stables. He ran right by, I alerted one of the higher level necros also killing centaurs, who killed him and let me loot the bark. (Thanks Evyl!!) He also drops the Treant Staff that procs root, and the Cloak of Leaves. I have seen him alot more often on p1999 than I remember on live.
Totemic Helm
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM Slot: HEAD AC: 12 WIS: +5
ground dufrenite banded helm, glacier bear pelt(glacier bear, everfrost cave), ogreskin chamois(lizard page, CT)
Totemic Greaves
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM Slot: LEGS AC: 12 CHA: +5 SV FIRE: +5
powdered dufrenite banded legs, perma snowball(goblin wizard, permafrost), bone barbs(barbed bone skeleton, unrest)
Totemic Vambraces
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM Slot: ARMS AC: 10 AGI: +5
ground dufrenite banded sleeve, ghoul carrion(unrest), charger hoof chip(centaur charger, SK)
Centaur Chargers are in South Karana at the Centaur Stables. I got my chips at lvl19, the stables appear to be permacamped at all hours of the day or night, I just asked if I could loot the corpses (Thanks Fross!!), and got my chip in about 5 minutes.
Totemic Boots
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM Slot: FEET AC: 10 STR: +5
dufrenite banded boots, Terror spines (tenticle terror, Najena), orc chief tongue(Orc chiefton, Lfey)
Totemic Gauntlets
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM Slot: HANDS AC: 11 INT: +5 SV COLD: +5
Crushed dufrenite, banded gauntlets, mammoth ribs(Wooly Mammoths, Everfrost), Griffiene Downfeather(griffiene, NK)
These drops were pretty easy. I was able to solo both the Mammoths and Griffienes at lvl21 (both red) without too much trouble. Root and Dot works well.
Wooly Mammoths are plentiful. I farmed my ribs outside of the Permafrost Keep zone line, in case I had to bail. I got the ribs on my 2nd kill, but lost them when I tried to turn in Large Banded instead of Medium Banded for the quest. The 2nd time around I killed about 10 of them without a drop, then a nice necro (Thanks Asahi!!) sent me a tell out of the blue with the /loc of a mammoth he had killed. The worst part about this is the run to Everfrost. If you are an evil race, I suggest binding in the Gypsy Camp in North Karana, making the run, and gating back. Watch out for the 2 Barbarian guard types on the way out onto the tundra. If you have to ditch into Permafrost Keep, hug the wall on the left to avoid Ice Giant agro.
Griffienes were a bitch to find without track. At first I just ran around North Karana killing all the Griffawns I saw until I found a Griffiene. I actually got to lvl22 doing this, but only killed 1 Griffiene in this time. I then enlisted the help of a passing Ranger to track some down. We found 1 static spawn and 1 roaming spawn. After that farming the downfeather was just a matter of time. The roaming spawn flies from the Gypsy Camp to the druid rings and back. This spawn has a Griffawn PH. The static spawn is down the road west of the Gypsy Camp. Follow the road west until you see a house on the right hand side. Stop and turn left. You will see a stand of trees with a Griffiene and a Griffawn at -320, 1615. The Griffawn did not add when the Griffiene is pulled. (At least at lvl22) I did not keep track of how many Griffienes I killed, but it was a bunch. Each one took a full bar of mana and alot of Root/Dot action, but I was always full again by the time the next one spawned. I eventually got this down to were I could kill the Griffiene, the Griffawn that spawned next to her, and 1 or 2 passing grizzlies before the respawns. I made enough from the HQ bear pelts to buy another Dufrenite. Make sure you get the Downfeather, and not just the regular feather.
Totemic Bracers
MAGIC ITEM Slot: WRIST AC: 9 DEX: +5
dufrenite banded bracer, bull elephant tooth(bull elephant, SK), cauldron shell(tidal lord, Dagnors)
Bull Elephant I killed 2 of these before I got my tooth. One at -6503, 1945, and one directly west of Aviak City (city was in view). Was blue at lvl22, and was an easy kill. Thanks for Jeah for tracking the 2nd one for me.

Here is how I broke the camp at lvl22, with no assistance:
Setup on the west side of the camp. I got random rat and skeleton agro while medding on the south/north/east sides, as well as mob trains from people running to Unrest.
If there is a green Mariner spawn, ignore it, it will not add. Root the highest level mob currently spawned, usually a Tidal Lord. Any Light Blue Mariner will die with 1 Tainted Breath and 1 Scourge. Get both landed on a Mariner, then run for the Unrest zoneline. You will have to tank up to a possible 3 mobs while doing this. Zone off your agro. Repeat the process until you have cleared the camp.
