Ask Diggins about a great favor and he asks you to return the tongues of Rondo, Crytil, Keldyn, and Barma Dunfire.
Three are in Butcherblock, and the last (Rondo Dunfire) is found in the slave mines in Crushbone.
Return all 4 tongues for your Parrying Pick 628 (a dwarf rogue only item). You will then be able to get the quest for the miner's pick.
