High elf +25cha +5sta starting points (MAX CHA and MR self buffed with these points and this gear)
Equipping shawl and using flowers gets you MAX FR and in the 240s with CR PR and DR
INT obviously complete wrong stat to put starting points into for min/max... though realistically; this suit of gear has 7 piece of vulak loot, two dozekar quests, a tunare drop, a dain drop, a king tormax drop and other random ntov dragons blah blah blah...lol...but 175int added to the base 102 without even trying.....
white dragon helm worn effect is extra 20 (stacks with GRM), GRM is +55 and shield of the magi is +24
so 159 + 99 > 255 MR
overwhelming splendor +50cha
205 + 50 = max 255cha
