Description

Dracoliche is the #2 critter in the Plane of Fear. Does not Death Touch. Cold-based nukes seem to be a good bet against him.

Casts AE Fear, AE Disease DoT. Slowable?

Strategy

Engaging Dracoliche will NOT cause Cazic Thule to agro if he is up. However, it will start the DT cycle. Thus your raid will be taking DTs while fighting draco, and will have to immediately camp out after he dies.
