Description
Need to verify damage output on p99, on live this guy would quad in the 300s. No faction hits. Loc on wiki is wrong, also doesn't spawn 100% of the time.
Confirmed this guy does hit for over 300 on p99, and is possibly a bellycaster. He's pretty resistant but slowable.
