Fills your target with the power of the Shissar, increasing attack speed, agility, stamina, and armor class for 20 minutes.
This spell does not stack with most other haste spells such as Wonderous Rapidity or Visions of Grandeur. It also does not stack with certain AC buffs such as Call of Earth.
