Otherwise known as "Death Touch", usually an instant cast by high level raid mobs with a 30 second refresh.
Its namesake, Cazic Thule (God) was the first NPC with this ability. Several others in Plane of Sky were also given it, such as Keeper of Souls, Spiroc Lord, Sister of the Spire, and the sphinxes on island 7. No NPCs in Velious were given this ability, as the 32k HP hard-cap was lifted, providing sufficient challenge for players without it.
