Description

This named Goblin is found in the goblin fort in Warsliks woods and also in at least two of the goblin-infested ruins in the same zone. He as also been seen just over the goblin fort bridge, pathing north to the waters edge then south-west up the mountain and through the dense woods of Warslik. Another pathing spot is through the outcast Iksar camp where Iksar Bandit Lord spawns. Grachnist soaks up a lot of damage for his level. Multiple spawns are possible.

As of 2/10/19 Slaver's Whip is dropping.
