Thinking the NPC just bugged out or someone messed with it I repeated the quest again, killing the NPC first to reset him. He still gave me the reward after handing in only the THREE nodrop items.** | ||

+ | --- In reference to the above comment. This generally happens if another person handed in a single item before you, killing quest mobs do not reset quests. Completing the quest with all 4 items would simply reset it back to him having one too many items. You can fix this by doing it after a server reset or figuring out what items weren't handed in and hand just those items, at that point the quest will be reset. (MQ'd 3/17/22 without issue) | ||
