Put all points in STA to start.
Don't waste money on a good "Wind" instrument. The modifier affects nothing.
Choose a proc weapon for your off-hand.
If possible I would skip "Breastplate of Twilight" and pick up a Chestplate of Vindication.
This build has neither See Invis nor Ultravision. Some options include the following.
- Qeynos Badge of Honor (Worn See Invis)
- Bracer of the Hidden (Casted See Invis)
- Eyepatch of the Shadows (Worn Ultravision)
- Mask of Deception (Casted Ultravision)
You will need an item to instantly buff another player. The following are my favorites.
