Description

Powerful mobs for their particular level. Despite being Monks, they instant-cast a ~33 damage version of IceBoneFrostBurst and DryBoneFireBurst, cold and fire resist appear to have little effect in mitigating these. Non aggro towards all classes/races/factions but will gang up with social aggro.
