The location given for the vendor selling this spell in Everfrost Peaks, Starn Bearjumper, is incorrect. The correct location as given in Starn's page is (2871, -3431), which I verified myself by traveling there. I therefore propose to change the incorrect given location of (2870, -36) to (2871, -3431).
