20 points were put into STA for character creation.
The Grey Suede Boots are used when you need more Cold Resistance, since Iksars have a racial penalty to CR.
Switching to Gharn's Rock of Smashing + Fist of Nature will give you an additional +5 to MR, CR, and FR, but we want to show what the "worst" stats would look like, which is pulling using Abashi's and Javelins.
