May want to update this page with the info that the aoe this mob does also is a dispell and is probably higher than lvl 35, since its darkblue to a 53 and lightblue to a 59. It is also named "The Kly" at the moment. I would update it but it seems I need higher permissions. Scratch all that, it was the other spawn that the overseer is a PH for named "The Kly" can't seem to find an entry for it on the wiki here, may look it up and add it as a seperate spawn.
