After many many kills of grach, and never seeing this item drop or heard of it being dropped by anyone I know, it may be that this item no longer exists on p99. If anyone gets this item to drop let us know.
- I read it was replaced by the shrunken goblin skull earring. Had a similar drop rate (1.5%). Need official confirmation.
