"Note: It appears that the level of aggro associated with Flame Lick has changed. This spell was once used to aggro kite, but no longer appears to be effective in that regard. A single snare and a few casts of Flame Lick would create a significant amount of aggro. May aggro-kiting rest in peace. We had a good run." - No idea why someone would post this here.
