Description
Either the orc pawn PH or Faelin will spawn at pos 1515, pos 555.
Orc pawns pop every seven minutes, if they don't pop then one is active so kill all pawns in region. Keep doing this until pawn pops. When the pawns pop, you have a roughly 10% chance that Faelin will pop instead.
Faelin will despawn immediately after turning in the worn note.
