-I've been looking into the timeline of everquest a bit and I'm fairly sure Jaggedpine Forest wasn't released until Luclin.
-I believe it was a bonus zone for luclin much like the warrens was a bonus zone for velious.
-Not that I don't think it would be cool if Jaggedpine Forest was added to P99.
-There is quite a bit of content on the wiki (over 200 articles) about Jaggedpine Forest that were created before I joined as an editor and I don't want to undo all that work without some confirmation of whether Jaggedpine Forest is intended to be implemented at some time or not.
