I am not sure if A Kobold Caster is suppose to be velious-era but I have killed him on p99 and done the quest so he is currently in the game.--Nightkeep 23:11, 10 December 2012 (UTC) A Kobold Shaman does not look pre-velious. Maybe that was the one you were thinking of?
