Description
Lord Soptyvt spawns on the altar in the middle of the other evil eye spawns. He is an enchanter. He casts nukes, slow, tash, dot's, and charms. Solo'd him with a 35 druid kiting. Lord Sviir and Lord Syrtil can spawn to his left and right.
