This item originally had the same proc as Siren song [1]:
Got this just the other night. Song of the Deep Sea's isn't a permanent effect, its a proc. Song of the Deep Sea's Increase Agility by 30 Increase Attack Speed by 60% Increase Armor Class (AC) by 15 Increase Strength by 30 Allowable Targets: group Spell Duration: 25 ticks (2.5 minutes) Stacks with Bard Epic, but causes a twisting problem because the proc has a short spell cast time.
The clickable effect, Nature's Melody, was implemented ~ Jan 8, 2002 [2]:
