- an eye of urd (from Guk)
- some basalt drake scales (Rathe Mts)
- the lens of Lord Soptyvr (located in Beholders Maze, aka Gorge of King Xorbb)
- a lock of widowmistress hair (located in Najena)
For your efforts, you will get a Terror Forged Mask.
