Description
Second to last turn in for the necro epic. The spawn is triggered by handing 10g to the Thunder Spirit Princess on Island 1, which will cause her to despawn and prevent anyone on that island from getting keys via Sirran turn ins (have to buy them); he will spawn in the windmill on Island 3. No confirmed despawn time, so be wary about dallying too long on clearing Island 2.
