Walkthrough
Even when it rains, Guard Lasen is thirsty. Bring him a Water Flask and he'll give you some coin and faction.
- Your faction standing with Merchants of Qeynos got better.
- Your faction standing with Circle of Unseen Hands got worse.
- Your faction standing with Kane Bayle got better.
- Your faction standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards got worse.
- Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got better.

You receive 4 copper pieces from Guard Lasen.
Gives a Half Elf Druid about 1% xp per 4 waters at level 10.
Gives a Half Elf Druid about 1% xp per 8 waters at lvl 11, 12, and 13.
Gives a Half Elf Druid about 1% xp per 12 waters at lvl 14.
At level 14 the xp seemed to take a big hit so I decided to time a small sample of turn-in's to decide if the quest was still worth doing. In 8 minutes, I was able to go from 24% into level 14 to 61% into level 14. That comes out to a little more than 4% xp per minute at a cost of slightly more than 1 gold per 1% xp. This is extremely tedious, but a fast and cheap form of leveling 1-14ish if you don't care about being KOS with Corrupt Qeynos Guards.
Note: This quest will make you KOS with Corrupt Qeynos Guards quickly. Also note, Guard Lasen spawns at 6am game time and despawns at 7am game time, the quest can not be done at night.
