Morpa in Feerrott no longer responds to hails from a Halfling druid, although she turns to face the character. (Sneak to make yourself initially indiff has no effect as she immediately turns to face you.)

Confirmed that Inkeep Gub's muffin quest in Feerrott works. Same faction hits as Morpa's, same trigger phrase. I was pretty surprised. I was sure that his entry was a mistake. According to his dialogue he has a bread shipment quest too. --Countytime (talk) 17:18, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
