Speed of the Shissar
Fills your target with the power of the Shissar, increasing attack speed, agility, stamina, and armor class for 30 minutes.
This spell does not stack with most other haste spells such as Wonderous Rapidity or Visions of Grandeur. It also does not stack with certain AC buffs such as Call of Earth, though it stacks fine with cleric AC buffs such as Bulwark of Faith, Aegis and Aegolism.
Note: Duration changed from 20 to 30 minutes mid-Velious, 4/27/2016 on P99 [[1]]. Updated to 30 minute duration on 2/10/19 patch.
