Walks to LOC 413, 2541 and then walks back East in line.
edit 14/05/2020 : after reading up and camping him, here is the way i did it to spawn Grizzle twice in 4 hours total, on 2 differents mornings. Make a triangle between centaur village, undead pyramid and the bard's well and kill everything roamers in line of sight (even if it is not right in the zone and a bit outside of it). Each time, Grizzleknot spawned on the NW side of the well. Grizzle spawned right after i killed Coloth Meadowgreen twice in 2 mins (back to back spawn), dont know if there is a connection but worth noting.
