To me this is probably the best pre luclin armor build. It gives max int, good resists, high hp, high mana, decent AC and 9 Flowing Thought. Also has decent CHA and with one slot swap for grouping your at 205cha which puts you at 255cha buffed with Overwhelming Splendor (+50cha).
