{{Description on proc worthiness: Tested extensively with 255 dex with 61% haste (41% worn and 20% eyepatch). It took about 15 minutes to proc 60 bone chips while dueling. Juxtapose this with OT hammer + levant, then farming kurns tower for 60 bone chips and the time is about the same.

Verdict: Good in a pinch, not good enough to carry around with you at all times and take up a bag slot.
