The Haste Effect was changed from 50% to 35% on P1999 on the Patch Tuesday, June 24th, 2014. https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=155457 "Haste (o) updated atk speed max 150 => 135" -Jbdavid (talk) 05:36, 28 May 2023 (UTC)

"Update on 5/1/2024@00:38" - Parsed it myself on my 60 epic ranger. Appears to be producing 50% haste, instead of 35% haste, despite what the P99 developer post says it was changed to. Maybe it is a different version of the haste buff? I'm not sure. Some of the game mechanics on this server don't make much sense.--Jbdavid (talk) 05:40, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
