I an personally attest that giving Gregor one item at a time WORKS. I haven't risked giving all four items at the same time - can anyone confirm that giving all four at the same time is bugged?

You can also buy this in Erudin, opposite to the Library where the tonic girl is. So after you get the honey yum it is easier to gate back, go to tunnel and get a port to Toxx, and pick up your tonic then boat to qeynos for the fish. Saves quite a bit of time
