Strikes your target's mind, stunning them briefly and draining their mana. This may be the only single target Enchanter stun that doesn't break randomly. However, this stun applies a "dot" style effect to the mob it is cast on and the mob can not be hit with other stuns or mezzes until the effect wears off (10-12 seconds?)
