Rogues (tested in January 2015) have a cap of (level x 6) + 5 at present. Monks (according to EQEmu source) may have a cap of level x 7, but I have not tested this. Cannot confirm for other classes. -Mentathiel (talk) 13:21, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
