Walkthrough
Sentry Kale is looking for someone to perform a task for him. Ask him what task and he will explain that the spiders have been eating the food supplies. Go out and kill the four crystal spiders that spawn in the zone and bring back their legs as proof. 2 are near the bank, 1 is in the fountain, and 1 is in a bedroom. They are on 3 hour spawn timers, don't always drop the legs, and Sentry Kale needs four.
Most of the time you get some faction and coin, but sometimes he will give you a Chameleon ring.
The Gargoyle Guards and potentially other NPC's will assist the spiders. I encountered this in the room next to the bank. I used a pet to attack the spider and the Gargoyle Guard attacked me.
Note: Post on alla indicates this quest was messed up during a post-Velious SS revamp. Need confirmation these spiders exist and quest is working on p99. -Quest completed on 10/13/2015

Sentry Kale says, 'Why come you to the home of the kin? Seek a home amongst the kin perhaps? Perhaps if you wish to prove yourself I may have a task for you.'
You say, 'I wish to prove myself.'
Sentry Kale says, 'Very well, it is a minor task, but I am sure that you are quite capable. Lately the food supply in the guards' galley has been dwindling. I fear that there are spiders amongst us who are pilfering our food when we do not see. I would ask of you to please seek out and eliminate these vermin for us. Bring their legs back to me and I shall reward you for your effort.'
Hand him 4 Velium Spider Leg.
Sentry Kale says, 'Excellent work, (name). Here is your payment. I will also reward you for any more you bring.'
