Description

Spawns at the top of the under water goblin tower (near 2700, 0, but to get to it you have to enter the tunnel underneath locations #14 and #15 on the map) . There are three goblins at the top of the tower. Two of these three goblins are PH for the tainted. 10% chance to spawn the tainted ( 9 hours of killing on 7/1/19). Killing the tainted has a < 10% chance of spawning the Corrupted. Killed over 120 place holders. Tainted only spawned on the north PH spawn point. (2789, 163) 17/1/19.

The entrance to the tunnel that leads to the tower is at 2587, 1551, west of the aviak ladder island (14 on the map). Take an EB item, as it is all underwater.
